Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-5 business days from date of purchase unless otherwise noted, and arrive between 2-15 business days from date of purchase, depending upon distance from the source. We do not make any guarantee as to date of delivery, and can only quote delivery time frames as stated to us by the carrier.

Shipping costs shown upon checkout are estimates using current FedEx, UPS, Common Carrier, Ground Rate Guides and the weight of the item(s) purchased and may not accurately reflect the actual shipping charge for the item(s) ordered depending upon the item(s) actual dimensions. If there is any difference between the shipping cost calculated upon checkout and actual shipping charges incurred by us, we reserve the right to bill the customer for additional shipping charges. Ground shipping is only applicable to the 48 contiguous states. International orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping.

Containers, Merchandise Sizes, Assembly
Containers are not included unless otherwise noted. All sizes listed on merchandise are overall height. Some assembly may be required. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing, or for further information. We have experienced designers able to walk you through any assembly.

Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ERRORS OF SHIPPING THE WRONG PRODUCT.

No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from CallmeWholesale.com LLC.

Our products are not recommended for outdoor use unless expressly noted, and CallmeWholesale.com LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by the weather. 

Please open your cartons and identify all materials immediately upon receipt of shipment. This is to ensure all items ordered are present and intact.

If the product you receive is damaged, you MUST make note of damages on the truck bill of lading or immediately notify your FedEx, UPS, or Common Carrier driver to mark any damages on their shipping form. YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF ANY DAMAGES BEFORE THE SHIPPING CLERK LEAVES YOUR FACILITY. CallmeWholesale.com LLC staff will be happy to assist you with filing a shipping claim; however damage claims are your responsibility!

Backorders
We do not back order unless you have confirmed that option in writing.

Freight Claims Policy
The purchaser should inspect their shipment immediately upon receipt. Damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.
